i bought this laptop on ebay for $430. when it arrived, it did not work. i received a refund and the seller did not want it back. as it turned out, the laptop was fine. the problem was the power supply was dead. i bought a new power supply and everything now works as it should. i offered the laptop back to the seller, wanting only the return shipping and $25 for the new power supply. he declined. i had purchased a different computer and do not want this one, thus the low price. i reset the computer to factory and it is ready to set up with your new account.
(see first photo) the battery works, but i did not test it for longevity.
