New wedding dress - $250 (Kingston)

This was bought during covid for a vow rew. It's from a Ukrainian store off of ETSY. They didn't get my measurements and sent the dress. It's a size 8. But it needed to be altered and their policy wouldn't allow,me to send it back. So they sent an extra piece of fabric for me to get it altered. Unfortunately never found someone. I paid over $500. I'm asking $250. Public pick up Dollar General store in Kingston Michigan.
